Jodi Noden

is a yoga instructor, currently studying a bachelor of exercise and sport sciences.

Jodi enjoys yoga, meditation and free diving, and is passionate about environmental conservation, social equity, health and wellbeing.

‘I am always a yoga student first and foremost. The gifts of yoga and meditation support me to explore a deeper understanding of myself and the essence of my true being. These insights flow with me off the mat and into the course of my daily life.’

Jodi first turned to yoga in her early 20s to manage lower back pain, and over time, her practice evolved to become a sanctuary for profound personal growth and deeper connection to herself and the world around her.

After completing her YTT in 2017 at an Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga school in Himachal Pradesh, Jodi furthered her international studies in yoga anatomy and subtle body energetics. She studied under Jo Phee to facilitate Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, MyoYin, myofascial release (MFR) techniques and is trained in restorative, pre/post-natal, trauma-informed practices, breathwork facilitation and kids’ yoga. She considers herself an eternal student and integrates her background in Allied Health, BSc Exercise and Sport Science and insight meditation to guide students toward a balanced, compassionate and playful practice.

Jodi creates a nurturing space where you can meet yourself exactly as you are. With a compassionate and patient approach, she invites you to explore movement and stillness with curiosity, presence and intention. Her classes offer a safe environment where students feel supported in allowing their practice to unfold naturally, with a thoughtful blend of strength and softness. Her intention is to help you connect with your inner landscape, embrace your wholeness and cultivate an embodied, mindful practice that continues beyond the mat.
